Album Summer Memories II

Hello everyone!

I  created a sea inspired minialbum as memory on beautiful relaxed days.

It has been equipped with many flaps, pockets

and other storage possibilities to keep nice mementos.

At Dusty Attic I found a lot of small special chipboards that fit perfectly to the sea theme.

I used them as photo frames, to attach flaps (anchors) and as eye-catchers for decoration.

By your side - Dusty Attic August Moodboard

Hello everyone!

Our monthly Moodboard inspired me to create a sea mixed media layout.

Love the weathered wooden style it fits perfectly to the feeling of salt water,

foamy ocean waves, sunsets on the beach and walks on secluded natural beaches.

I found at  Dusty Attic some beautiful suitable chippies,

such like drift wood, corals and the right frame.

Chipboards were primed with white gesso and

highlighted with distress inks in brown shades.

I also used the negatives from driftwood shapes and highlighted this pieces with

a little bit fine sand from the baltic sea beach.

Mermaid Dreams with Dusty Attic

Hello everyone!

I was inspired to create a mixed media collage on an oval canvas.

I used some awesome seaweed and coral chipboards

and combined this elements with outcasts from moulds.

The beautiful gate served as a frame for a little girl.

Chipboards were created with embossing powder,

acrylic paint and textured with micro pearls.

Stormy Sea - Mixed Media

Hello!

I was inspired to create a mixed media sea collage.

I used as base some mixed media boards and MDF shapes

by product range from Calico Craft Parts

and combined with cutting dies and moulds.

Brand new is the crescent moon in various sizes and materials (birch and MDF).

I played with stencils, textures paste and diluted acrylic paints

to create an intresting structure on it.

Summer Home Decor with MDF Boat Kit

Hello!

I was inspired to create a new home decor piece in vintage grunge style.

Used  MDF Boat & Oars Kit

as base, which was easy to assemble and glue together.

Chose the model with shelf, so you could add a few nice assecoires

to give the whole thing an individual touch.
